Use of AI in Content and Document Development

ClarityWorks Partners, LLC may use AI-assisted tools in the development of website content, written materials, frameworks, templates, and internal documents. All AI-assisted content is reviewed, edited, and approved by Kelly Race, Founder of ClarityWorks Partners, LLC, to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with MPA™ methodology.

AI tools are used to support the creation process. The intellectual frameworks, methodologies, and expertise behind Manager Performance Architecture™ are developed by and remain the exclusive intellectual property of ClarityWorks Partners, LLC.

AI Is Not Used to Deliver Client Services

The Manager Performance Architecture™ installation program is delivered directly by qualified human facilitators. AI tools are not used to replace human judgment, coaching, facilitation, or direct client engagement in the delivery of MPA™ services.

All Diagnostic Calls, executive touchpoints, installation sessions, and client communications are conducted by ClarityWorks Partners, LLC personnel.

AI Is Not Used for Legal, HR, or Compliance Decisions

ClarityWorks Partners, LLC does not use AI tools to generate legal advice, HR compliance guidance, or employment-related decisions for client organizations. Any governance frameworks or documentation tools provided as part of the MPA™ program are designed as operational leadership guides and should be reviewed by qualified legal or HR professionals before use in formal employment actions.
