Every MPA™ engagement follows the same four-stage process – designed to ensure fit, alignment, and lasting results.

Executive Diagnostic Assessment

Before installation begins, we conduct a comprehensive assessment of your current leadership environment – identifying instability patterns, manager performance gaps, and organizational readiness.

MPA™ Installation Sessions

Twelve weekly 60-minute installation sessions delivered directly to your manager cohort. Each session installs one of the 12 Leadership Pillars – building the governance structure systematically over 12 weeks.

Stability Index Measument

Throughout the installation, your organization’s leadership stability is tracked using the Stability Index – a 0-100 score across all 12 pillars. This gives executives real-time visibility into adoption and progress.

90-Day Standards Maintenance

Following installation, ClarityWorks Partners, LLC provides a 90-day Standards Maintenance Period to reinforce adoption, address emerging gaps, and ensure leadership standards hold across your organization.

THE EXECUTIVE EXPERIENCE

MPA™ is designed so senior leaders stay informed and aligned without having to manage the process. Three structured touchpoints keep you connected to what’s happening across your manager population.

Week 0: Executive Kickoff

Before the program begins, we meet with your senior leadership team to establish context, align on expectations, and ensure organizational commitment to the standard being installed.

Weeks 4 & 8: Progress Reviews

Two structured check-ins during the program give senior leaders visibility into manager progress, emerging patterns, and any organizational dynamics that need attention.

Week 12: Leadership Debrief

A comprehensive debrief with senior leadership at  program completion – reviewing outcomes, identifying remaining development needs, and handing off the tools to maintain the standard independently.

THE GOVERNANCE LOOP

What keeps the standard alive after installation.

Most leadership development fades because there is no governance structure to keep it active. MPA™ includes a permanent Governance Loop – a five-stage cycle that ensure leadership standards remain visible, measurable, and continuously enforced.
