Measurable improvement is defined as a statistically meaningful increase in aggregate Stability Index™ scores across the manager cohort between the pre-installation baseline and the Week 12 post-installation assessment. Improvement may be demonstrated through one or more of the following indicators:
Not the measurement standard: Participant satisfaction scores, post-session survey responses, manager self-reported confidence levels, or any subjective assessment. The Stability Index™ is the sole objective instrument.
The guarantee is built into the structure of the MPA™ installation from the first session to the final day of the 90-Day Standards of Maintenance Period.
Before Session 1, every manager completes a Stability Index™ self-assessment across all 12-Pillars. This establishes the pre-installation governance baseline for each manager and the cohort overall.
The MPA™ installation proceeds across three phases. The Stability Index™ is measured at the start and end of every session. Executive reviews at Week 6 and Week 12 track organizational progress.
At the completion of session 12, a final Stability Index™ assessment is conducted. Scores are compared to baseline. Aggregate improvement across the cohort is measured and reported to executive leadership.
HR monitors Stability Index™ scores for 90-days post-installation using the MPA™ HR Leadership Toolkit. ClarityWorks remains actively engaged, providing reinforcement where governance drift is detected.
If measurable aggregate improvement is not demonstrated by the end of the 90-day Standards Maintenance Period, ClarityWorks Partners, LLC will initiate continued engagement at no additional cost until measurable improvement is achieved.

If measurement improvement is not demonstrated by the end of the 90-Day Standards Maintenance Period, ClarityWorks Partners implements the following reinforcement actions at no additional cost:
→ Targeted pillar reinforcement sessions – focused on the specific pillars where governance degradation is most significant, as identified by the Stability Index™
→ Additional installation sessions – for managers carrying the lowest Stability Index™ scores across the cohort
→ Extended stability monitoring – beyond the initial 90-day period, with continued HR-led Monthly Stability Reviews
→ Governance Loop™ recalibration – full reset of the Install → Measure → Detect → Reinforce → Review → Repeat cycle where governance has stalled
These actions continue until the Stability Index™ scores demonstrate measurable improvement. ClarityWorks Partners does not declare the guarantee resolved until the measurement standard is met.
